Mike and Angel discovered cryotherapy about a year ago, while doing research on natural and non-invasive ways to assist with lingering pain issues. Mike had a bothersome knee issue stemming from a surgery 15 years ago.  Angel has had persistent back pain through his entire  adult life. Because of that, they tried cryotherapy and loved the results and benefits from the treatments. Thus, they decided to open their own center to help others to achieve the same results too. In essence Arctic Cryo started as a partnership with neighbor, MIRA Pilates.  As a result, now it is open to the general public after seeing great success from the Pilates clients.
